The Fast of Daniel

The Main Objective of the Fast Daniel Is to Bring You Closer to the Most High and Strengthen Your Relationship With Him

FOD

The Fast of Daniel began on November 19, 2023, and will go up to December 10, 2023. It is the perfect opportunity for those who want to invest in their relationship with God.

The purpose of the Fast of Daniel is not only to separate yourself from secular information, but it is necessary to insert daily activities that will bring you closer to God. So, if you need help with what to do during these 21 days, here are some suggestions on what to do.

What To Do:

Read books that will contribute to the understanding of the word of God.

Here are books we recommend you read during the Fast of Daniel!

  • In the Footsteps of Jesus
  • The Holy Spirit
  • The Secrets and Mysteries of The Soul

Most importantly, don’t forget to read and meditate on The Holy Bible. Doing so will allow you to connect to God’s thoughts.

Watch Content Related to Faith:

Christian movies, series, and documentaries are also helpful in obtaining teachings that will add to your faith. On ULFN, you’ll find productions for the whole family. We recommend the following:

  • The Spiritual Journey (Documentary)
  • Genesis (Series)
  • The Showdown of Faith (TV Programs)

During The Fast of Daniel, you can follow the meditations and special messages from Bishop Edir Macedo’s blog. Participate in the weekday prayers at 9:45 PM ET.

Get Closer To God:

The main objective of The Fast Daniel is to bring you closer to the Most High and strengthen your relationship with Him. Take time out of your day and fast for your spiritual life.

In addition, try to participate more often in the meetings that take place at any Universal Church near you.

Don’t Be Left Out:

Participate in The Fast of Daniel from November 19 to December 10 and invest in edifying your spiritual life through baptism with the Holy Spirit.
